Project Overview
Zeihan ProHealth leadership founded Street Medicine Phoenix, one of Arizona’s first street medicine programs, delivering direct, community-based care to individuals experiencing homelessness across Phoenix. The program addresses immediate health needs, builds trust through consistent outreach, and connects individuals to ongoing care and essential services. It also advances interprofessional training by preparing the next generation of healthcare providers through hands-on, team-based care grounded in dignity and compassion.
