Project Overview
Zeihan ProHealth partnered with Mercy & Truth Healthcare Ministry to expand community-based care through mobile health initiatives, strengthen outreach efforts, and support the planning and launch of a Mobile Health Clinic. This work increased access to essential services across Wyandotte and Johnson Counties in Kansas and Jackson County in Missouri, addressing immediate health needs while advancing long-term community health outcomes across state lines.

Formulated partnerships to secure a Mobile Health Clinic, expanding access to community-based care
Supported the planning, operations, and launch of Mercy & Truth’s Mobile Health Clinic
Delivered vaccine education and COVID-19 testing through mobile outreach across Kansas and Missouri
Distributed 400+ naloxone kits and provided overdose prevention education to reduce opioid-related harm
Identified 100+ individuals with elevated blood glucose and connected them to primary care for follow-up
Strengthened partnerships with governmental agencies, the U.S. Mexican Consulate, local schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations
